If I purchase my merchandise today, how long will it take to arrive?
Sonya Bee’s Boutique offers standard shipping and expedited shipping. For standard shipping, please allow 7-10 business days.
For expedited shipping, please contact us. All orders are shipped via USPS.

How long does it take to receive a preorder?
Preorders ship within 2-4 weeks of purchase. 

I’m concerned. I haven’t received my tracking number or package. What should I do?
We apologize that your order has not been received. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If you have not received your items after the 10th business day, please contact us.

What if an item is out of stock?
Unfortunately, the merchandise you would like to purchase is not available at this time.

What is the return policy?

Sonya Bee’s Boutique is committed to providing members with quality items and the best service. In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit only. We do not issue refunds. You have 7 days from the date you receive the merchandise to exchange it for another item from Sonya Bee’s Boutique. A store credit will be issued ONLY if the merchandise is returned in its original, unworn condition.
